My name is Feliks Divelli and my yoga journey began in the spring of 2017. Having a month prior had to put my dog down and also working a job I didn’t like I was feeling quite tense on an everyday basis, so I decided to go for a massage. It was great, after an hour of Thai massage, I felt a lot better. There was one thing she mentioned though, and that was that she did find me quite tense, and I’m thinking that if someone who massages people for a living says you need to do something about your tension, you should do something about your tensions. So I asked my way around the people I knew if any of them did any kind of yoga. One of my friends said she did this thing called ‘Bikram yoga’ which was just down the street from where we worked. After a bit of procrastination, I signed up for my first class. To this day I still remember how the warmth took me by surprise. Having never done yoga before and not having heard any ”horror” stories about what Bikram yoga can be like I had no idea what to expect so I went through the class pretty seamlessly. Because I had bought an intro package, for 30 days I went as much as I could. I was hooked.
