Hot yoga is costly. But so are medications. Why do I say that? Because hot yoga will help you stay healthy to a great extent, so it does become a question of investing in yourself. Hot yoga is physical maintenance. If you take a lot of medication, depending on your condition, try replacing it with hot Bikram yoga for a while and see what happens. Experiment. Most studios have intro offers that are cheaper than the regular subscription.
When it comes to investing in yourself and in your health there aren’t many arguments that really stand against spending money to improve your life. Investing in anything, whatever the investment may be, whether it be in stocks or time with your loved ones, the point of it should always be to improve your quality of life. I highly recommend at least trying it out, and commit to at least doing it 5 times so that you don’t quit because the first time was a bit difficult. You will get more used to it and it will feel easier at the same time as every class will be different because your body will feel different every day.
It costs a bit of money, but you have no idea of how much you will gain. Only the future can let you know…(wooahahh).
